Position
Place QFlex on the area you want to target. Use a wall, chair, or the floor for support.

Apply pressure
Start light, then slowly increase. You control the intensity, angle, and movement.

Hold + breathe
On tight spots, pause for 20–30 seconds and breathe. Short sessions can make a big difference.
Tip: You should feel targeted pressure — not sharp pain. If something feels wrong, ease off and reposition.
