This thing is amazing!I have a compressed nerve in my shoulder that has bothered me on and off for ages.I felt almost immediate relief while using this product! Hits the Spot
The Q Flex Trigger point is easy to use and it gets right to the spot that needs a
little massage. It works great on the back but was a little harder to use on the back of the legs.

I do think that if I’m using it correctly, it did make a difference in that just when you push on a muscle push blood and oxygen to it. I’m not sure if I hit the right pressure point but I do like it.
