Bought a QFlex after seeing it on Shark Tank years ago and it completely changed how I manage my muscular issues. I had been getting unsatisfying (& expensive) massages that were not really addressing my upper back and neck problems and always wished I could "just do what I think I need myself." Well, QFlex allows for that. One has to play around a bit and see what exactly works for their specific issues, but I have not gone back to a massage therapist since. (I do pair the QFlex with one other neck specific tool & that combo is what changed my life.) Knots, tension headaches, scapula tightness - all addressed! Thank you thank you! And btw, I have given at least a dozen QFlexes as gifts over the years to friends and family. The only improvement I would make (having rec'd some feedback) is perhaps adding options that could be switched out at the pressure point. (A tough rubber ball, a more rounded pc, etc for instance.) I love it, have used for years and will use forever.

This is amazing! I had the worse neck and shoulder pain and muscle knots. After working the knots for 2 days with the Qflex, I'm "knot free" and feeling 100% better. Best $$ I've spent in a very long time. Thanks for delivering a product that actually helps!

This one has some flex to it when using that seems to make a difference to me along with the shape of the end. I have only used this for a week and I hope it doesn't break. I have been using a Back Buddy that has worked really well but is very stiff and has a hardness to it that this one doesn't . I would recommend this for out of reach self trigger point treatments

This thing is amazing!I have a compressed nerve in my shoulder that has bothered me on and off for ages.I felt almost immediate relief while using this product! I use it for a few minutes in the morning and in the evenings and it has made such a difference in the level of pain I have throughout the day.I highly recommend you buy this product- it will change your life!

I purchased my Q Flex after it was first on SharkTank. And I still love it. Does exactly what it says. It really relieves the stress on my shoulder blades. I don’t know what I’d do without it.
