How to use QFlex

 

Pressure Points for Neck Tension

1. Highest point of the shoulder muscle, one to two inches from the side of the lower neck.

2. Half inch below the base of the skull, on the muscles one half inch outward from the spine.

3. The indentation at the base of the skull, one to two inches behind the back of the earlobe.

4. Underneath the base of the skull, in the indentations about two to three inches apart.

Pressure Points for Shoulder Tension

1. Ball of tension just above the shoulder blade midway between the base of the neck and the outside of the shoulders.

2. Highest point of the shoulder muscle one to two inches from the side of the lower neck.

3. Underneath the base of the skull, in the indentations about two to three inches apart.

Pressure Points for Back Tension

1. Lower back (between the second and third lumbar vertebrae). Two and four finger widths away from the spine.

2. Midway between the top of the hip bone and the base of the buttock.

3. Center of the back of each knee crease.
